In January 15, WINPEX Group held a 2016 annual working meeting in reviewing the work in 2016, at the same time, focusing on the work plan of 2017.

 

  On 9:00 am, general manager of the Group, Tang Xingao, executive vice president, Li Zheng, deputy general manager, Ling Zhicao and other 30 executives gathered to share the work of 2016 to discuss the development plan in 2017.

 

  The opening session begins with a detailed presentation of the 2016 financial analysis of the group and the financial outlook for 2017 by Zhou Yi, finance manager.Faced with a national downtrend in export trade, WINPEX group  achieved a steady groth in 2016. In 2017, the Group's performance will be able to achieve a greater degree of rise only if the risk is minimized and the budget is allocated rationally.

 

  Subsequently, the department manager reviewed the work in 2016 and stated the plan in 2017. The report begined with three aspects from sales review, business planning, coordination and support，focusing on the achievements and shortcomings of 2016, the plan of 2017, and how to promote the the team cohesion and potehtial growth.

 

  In the following agenda, the executive president, Li Zheng started from the annual goals, core marketing strategy, group resource support to ensure the target of 2017. In the work summery, he mainly set out from the present problems of the group, laid claim to the new year aim. "Target agreement, plan management ,measures land, which are the goals of next year.
 

  At the end of the meeting, with general manager, Tang Xingao's passionate speech, he shared the Group's three-year plan. "In the next three years, if you are willing to work hard with me, maybe tduring these three years , you can get 20 years of return!" His speech infected  everyone.
